The service of this company is beyond great. The workers are skilled professionals that are knowledgeable when it comes to installation of any kinds of roof. By far a great company to work with, from the begging of the sale process, which is their sales department and amazing financial help including payment plans to the last component that is installed on your roof. By far the best roofing company in South Texas.

Wow! McAllen Valley roofing company that actually answers the phone....and calls to remind you of appt and also lets you know they are running late!! It's unheard of!I had to find a new roofer because the company I used last year went out of business and I needed to verify their repair. These guys were very responsive and quick! I will call them again and recommend to everyone!

They’ve been nothing short of professional the entire process. They went above and beyond to help get our roof replaced even when they weren’t sure we were going to use their business they were still willing to help out any way they could. They’re up front with their costs, communicates throughout the whole process, and puts the customer and work ahead of the money side of the process. I would definitely use McAllen Valley Roofing Co.

The name says it best. Professional and honest in every way. They also work well with your insurance and are flexible with time for your insurance payments. Very fast work on my roof. Tore off 4 roofs and replaced with an upgraded 30 roof. All in a day and a half. Cleaned up spotless. Highly recommend!

They came when schedule. They’re very professional and explains everything thoroughly. They were breath of fresh air compared to the other roofing companies I had talked to. The men came early on the day the roof was scheduled. They went right to work and worked hard all day. They finished my roof in one day. It is beautiful and they cleaned everything up perfectly. You can't find a better company to do business with.

This company is a very professional roofing company that stands behind their work. They did a great job with quality products. I have a challenge with squirrels biting through my attic vents and reached out to them and they immediately sent someone out to take care of the problem. Just had my roof completed my McAllen Valley Roofing and 100% pleased. From the day of the estimate to the end of the install, they’ve been very responsive and answered every question I had. When I thought I picked a good shingle match for my house, they came back the very next day and suggested a "better match". They were correct too, it definitely was a better match. They were here on time and surprisingly done faster than I expected. They cleaned up with no evidence they were even here. I would definitely recommend McAllen Valley Roofing.read more

They were very easy to work with. They assessed the damage to my roof from some wind damage and told me that it would only need to be fixed and not replaced. What a relief to experience honesty and professionalism on the initial visit. They covered and secured the damage until they could come back the next day to complete the repair. I would strongly recommend this company and these individuals to anyone

I'm so late with this review, but they did a great work on my flat roof. I had major leaking problems that were coming into my 2nd unit and they came out and we both went on my roof an inspected the problem. They went back to the office wrote up a contract and got started on my roof within a day. I do tell people about them when they post they need a Roofing company. They are the best!!

When I first approached McAllen Valley Roofing I had just filed a hail claim with my insurance company . I thought that they were the right fit for the task at hand so I hired them & they did not only get my house roofed but worked side by side with my insurance adjuster and actually got me more money towards my claim . I would highly recommend them to anyone .
